Operational Update

I want to take this opportunity to wish you the very best for the New Year.  As we bring closure to another year of change we continue our quest to rebuild, refocus and bring this institution back to its roots. Management is pleased to announce the opening of its new Innovation Park branch with exclusive retail banking rights by the end of Feb 2012. This is a major step forward in securing a long term future for your Credit Union. Although most of the restructuring is complete our rejuvenation plan is still ongoing and there are still some parts of our operation that need attention.  Since the closure of Mt. Hope and the Rymal branches management left the full service ATM machines to accommodate a transition period for the members and to give everyone an opportunity to assess usage. We regret to inform you that those machines are not being used enough and will be taken out of service effective Feb 1, 2012.
